空氣冷卻(que)(que)器(qi)是利用空氣冷卻(que)(que)熱流體的(de)(de)換熱器(qi)。管(guan)內的(de)(de)熱流體通過管(guan)壁和翅(chi)片與管(guan)外空氣進(jin)行換熱,所用的(de)(de)空氣通常由通風(feng)機供(gong)給。
空氣(qi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻器(qi)簡(jian)稱空冷(leng)(leng)(leng)器(qi),以空氣(qi)作(zuo)為冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻劑,可用(yong)作(zuo)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻器(qi),也可用(yong)作(zuo)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝器(qi)。空冷(leng)(leng)(leng)器(qi)主(zhu)要由(you)管束、支(zhi)架和風(feng)機組成(cheng)。空氣(qi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻器(qi)熱(re)流(liu)(liu)體(ti)在(zai)管內(nei)流(liu)(liu)動,空氣(qi)在(zai)管束外吹(chui)過。由(you)于換熱(re)所需(xu)的通風(feng)量很(hen)大,而風(feng)壓不(bu)高(gao),故多采用(yong)軸流(liu)(liu)式通風(feng)機(見(jian)流(liu)(liu)體(ti)輸送機械)。

管束的(de)型式和材(cai)質對空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)冷器的(de)性能影響很(hen)大(da)。由(you)于空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)側的(de)傳熱(re)分系數很(hen)小(xiao),故(gu)常在管外加(jia)翅(chi)片(pian),以增(zeng)加(jia)傳熱(re)面積(ji)和流體(ti)湍動,減小(xiao)熱(re)阻。空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)冷器大(da)都采(cai)用(yong)徑向翅(chi)片(pian)。空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)冷器中(zhong)通常采(cai)用(yong)外徑為(wei)25mm的(de)光管,翅(chi)片(pian)高(gao)為(wei)12.5mm的(de)低(di)翅(chi)管和翅(chi)片(pian)高(gao)為(wei)16mm的(de)高(gao)翅(chi)管。翅(chi)片(pian)一般用(yong)熱(re)導率高(gao)的(de)材(cai)料(最常用(yong)的(de)是鋁)制成,纏繞(rao)或鑲嵌到光管上。為(wei)強化(hua)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)冷器的(de)傳熱(re)效果,可(ke)在進口空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)中(zhong)噴水增(zeng)濕(shi)。這樣既降(jiang)低(di)了空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)溫度,又(you)增(zeng)大(da)了傳熱(re)系數。采(cai)用(yong)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)冷器可(ke)節省大(da)量(liang)工業(ye)用(yong)水,減少環境污(wu)染,降(jiang)低(di)基建費用(yong)。特別在缺水地(di)區(qu),以空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)冷代替水冷,可(ke)以緩和水源不足(zu)的(de)矛盾。
